Who This Policy Applies To
This privacy policy applies to authorized personnel of dealer organizations who use SalesConnect CRM to manage prospects, log sales activities, and coordinate field operations. Access is restricted to individuals authorized by the dealer organization.
Data Ownership
All prospect data, activity logs, contact records, and any other information entered into SalesConnect CRM is owned entirely by the dealer organization. R3 Consulting Group, LLC serves solely as the platform provider and facilitates the dealer's internal sales workflow. We do not claim ownership of any dealer data at any time.
Data Usage
Dealer data is used exclusively to provide the features and functionality of SalesConnect CRM to the dealer's authorized personnel. We do not use dealer data for advertising, analytics sold to third parties, or any purpose outside of delivering the platform's intended functionality.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent dealer data. SalesConnect uses limited service providers only when needed to deliver requested platform functionality. When an authorized user chooses to verify a prospect's company and website, the company name and business address are sent to Google Maps Platform to return a possible business match. The user must review and confirm the result before a website is saved to the prospect record.
Google processes this lookup information under the Google Privacy Policy. The company-verification feature does not send prospect contact names, notes, activities, or dealership deal information to Google.
Sales representatives and all platform users are strictly prohibited from sharing dealer data outside the dealer organization. Without the dealer's express written consent, no data may be used or shared externally for any purpose.
Data Security
SalesConnect CRM uses industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure credential storage, and role-based access controls. Access is restricted by user role so that each user sees only the data appropriate to their position within the dealer hierarchy.
Data Retention
Dealer data is retained for as long as the dealer organization maintains an active account with SalesConnect CRM. Upon account termination, data can be exported by the dealer administrator upon request. Retention and deletion schedules are governed by the dealer's agreement with R3 Consulting Group, LLC.
Mobile Application
The SalesConnect CRM mobile application requests access to device features including location for field route planning, microphone for voice note functionality, camera for VIN and invoice capture, and biometric authentication for secure sign-in. These permissions are used solely to deliver app functionality and no data collected via these features is shared externally.
Terms of Use
SalesConnect CRM may be used only by authorized dealer, dealer-group, and OEM personnel for legitimate commercial business activities. Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter, for reviewing suggested company matches before saving them, and for complying with applicable privacy, marketing, and communications laws.
Third-party enrichment results are provided as possible matches and are not guaranteed to be complete or accurate. Company verification uses Google Maps Platform and is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. Users must independently verify information before relying on it for business decisions.
